Night on the town

After finding a warden for the kids we hit the town for a typical date night. Typical in the sense that we forgot how busy the night gets (cause we're out so little) and our movie of choice was sold out.

So we took a leisurely drive down to the Macaroni Grill. For those who don't know, this Italian restaurant is located at the Riverwoods in Provo. The lovely picture you see here is just a sampling of the delicious meal we partook of. The service is good (refilling beverages before they dry up) and the ambiance is peaceful. Well, at least until the 6pm rush.

While the big cat's away...

Into the cold

I'm back from the heat and humidity of Florida. I think I liked the cold air of Utah for about 5 minutes then I had to throw on a coat and went back to the constant freezing state of being I am in until about March or so.
Our conference was a success, and unlike last year there was no medical emergencies at home. I'm so grateful for that.
It's good to be home. Our prayers and thoughts go out to Indianapolis this week. We love all of you so much.

Happiest Place on earth

This is turning into a travel blog. I'm in sunny Orlando at the regional event for Nu Skin. After braving an early morning snow storm to get to the airport, and an unruly child kicking the back of my chair I arrived to my hotel in Disney World.

Did you know they don't sell gum on Disney property? I didn't, but I guess it's to keep chewed gum from ruining the magic in the Magic Kingdom.

Anyhoo. I'm going to attach a preview of our New Year's Eve card. It rocks!
